International is dedicated to helping children with cancer and
their families deal with the emotional challenges of sickness,
and uncertainties, through creating positive and exciting
programs awareness, uplifting support and family involvement.
BCI believes
that every life has a purpose, and every child deserves the
opportunity to smile.
Our programs & Events Include:
“Imagine Me”
Bedroom Makeovers – A personalized theme based bedroom makeover
is one of the greatest ways to lift a child’s spirit. It’s a
dream space they can call their own, it creates joy, hope and
happiness.
Patient Party
Times
– An inpatient
party, that also brings fun and laughter to the patients
bedside.
Financial
Support
– There are many families, who are unable to maintain
their financial responsibilities with the challenges of a
childhood cancer diagnoses. BrittiCares wants them to know they
are not alone.
New Patient
Care Bags
– No child or parent is
prepared for a hospital stay when given the baffling news of a
childhood cancer diagnosis. Our bags are filled with love, and
overnight necessities, including; toiletries, journals,
magazines, gift cards & more.
Pick A Party
– Another way to create uplift, joy
and laughter. It is an opportunity for a child to choose a
party of their choice including, a birthday, graduation,
holiday, welcome home or other.
Blood Drives
– A way for others 17 years and older, to help give a
child a chance at life. The need for blood is prevalent in
children with all types of cancer, sickle cell anemia and other
serious blood disease.
